The event is open to the public,

upon necessary notice to Cascina Macondo, due to the limited places.

For the same reason, we invite every child

to be accompanied only by 2 adults at the most.

HAIKU CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

* beginning at 9.30 a.m. (speakers: Fabrizio Virgili, Fabia Binci,

Giorgio Gazzolo, Antonella Filippi, Annette Seimer, Pietro Tartamella)

* 12.00 a.m.: showing of the 4 videos and of the 7 digital pictures

selected at the First International VideoHaiku Contest.

The public and the Jury will choose the three authors to be awarded.

* 1 p.m. Lunch (euro 15.00 per head)

* beginning at 2.30 p.m.

* reading aloud around the fire of the Haikus classed

by the Group I NARRATORI DI MACONDO (MACONDO’S STORY-TELLERS)

* Raku cooking of the prize bowls

* handing over of the Raku bowls, certificates of merit

and a copy of the anthology to the first three classed

* handing over of the certificates of merit to the authors selected attending the event

* showing of the three videohaikus and of the digital pictures awarded

selected by the public and the Jury in the morning, prize-giving and certificates of attendance ceremony

*lottery with a precious hand-manufactured Rakuware as a prize

* end of the event at approx. 6.30 p.m.

BOOKING BY E-MAIL IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY

indicating if you will attend since 9.30 a.m.

or only in the afternoon since 2.30 p.m.

(it is important to choose one of the possibilities or the other,

to avoid an undesirable coming and going

that could disturb the ceremony and the readings)
